Engaging in dialog with a guide, and others who can relate to what you're experiencing, can assist you in recognizing what’s working for you and what’s not. This can ultimately lead you to take action and better live the life you were meant to live.  

Sessions are held on-line via Zoom.

This opportunity is for you if two or more of the following apply to you:

  • you’re age 18 or older

  • you're experiencing any of the aforementioned states of being (aka. thoughts & feelings)

  • you believe your choices are limited

  • you struggle with conflict or fear making mistakes

  • you've thought or uttered the words  "I can't", "things will never change", "it's too hard", or "life sucks"

  • you have a deep desire to choose life and love

Normally $120, The Art of Being Your Self is being offered at $60 to those who have read my book The Awareness of Being: Increasing our Capacity for Connectivity.

This 6 session, progressive group dialog is held once a week (Sundays) 7-9pm EST. Each group is capped at 8 participants. This opportunity takes approximately 16-20 hours, including homework.

Topics include: Integrity, Authenticity, Responsibility, Basic Brain Function, Trauma, Stress, Post Traumatic Growth, Learned Helplessness, Mind/Energy, Addiction, Emotion, Feelings, and Story.
